Our state-of-the art BRAND NEW facility feature oversized focus group rooms, client rooms that are separated by a one-way mirror for viewing and capable of handling up to 15 persons. We use state of the art audio and video taping equipment with concealed microphones. In each of the three focus group rooms, private lounges offers telephones, computers, broadband internet, and a private entry for clients. Our roomy and comfortable reception area and a client lounge (office) offer a welcoming atmosphere and should the need present itself, one-on-one rooms are available. Our largest respondent room accommodates up to 65 people, making this room ideal for muck jury’s trial, music test or television programming test.

In our telephone rooms, we have a total of 10 telephone lines for interviewing, recruiting locally and nationally as well as recruiting participants for focus groups, one-on-one’s, health care and executive pre-recruited groups.

All interviewers are trained on an on-going basis. The M.R.A. (Market Research Association) training film is used as a beginning introduction to the Market Research industry. Applicants are then selected for further training. Only those with demonstrated qualities are selected to represent the Market Research profession.

Supervisors are constantly trained in their job capabilities. Each supervisor is trained to be a specialist in one of our field departments: Telephone, Focus Group Recruiting, and Field Interviewing. Our supervisors and interviewers meet regularly to exchange information and discuss data collection techniques to produce high quality results.
